APPEARANCE

Dalis had changed, that was all she knew. Her hair was back to its original black, black as sin. She didn't wear purple contacts anymore. There was no hair dye. There was no fancy performer attire. She was normal again. Regrettably, Dalis had resigned. It was in no way what she wanted, abandoning her former dream, but she found her interest fading; likely due to the pain, turmoil and life changing experiences she had recently had. Ironically, as adventurous as she was, she had settled down. She was normally seen wearing tank tops and jeans, or something close enough to it. Much different than her old, extravagant self.

PERSONALITY

She was in no way the same. Her life shaken up and with a new found look on everything, she had stepped down from the stage and the spotlight and slunk into the shadows like a mere illusion. She vanished overnight from the circus scene, and had built up a new life built around her prior interests. She was much more self serving. More independent. More determined. More like the tough girl she had always wanted herself to be, and had pretended to be. She took up fencing, some martial arts. She ran and still danced and jumped and laughed with friends, but there was no mistaking her edges and the old light in her eyes wasn't there. There was still a light, but it was a much more mature one, and seemed to shine brighter.

Her ideals hadn't changed, she was still interested in making others happy. But now she was more sarcastic, whimsical. A dreamer of sorts. A dreamer, a vivid one, that ached to chase them down and live her life. A believer in the impossibilities such as true love and wishes on shooting stars. There was a hope in her again, one she kindled like a fire that burned in her like a foreign desire. No longer would she be tied down to what others said or thought. It was time for her to serve herself. To save herself.

To live for herself.

[color=purple]Dalis is fond of dresses, often finding herself wearing them when out in town. However, her most common attire would be her circus attire. A jet black coat trimmed by scarlet, and a short violet crop top. Black thigh-high boots, combined with her short, veil-esque black skirt with white lace adorning it. She owns a re-tractable whip, usually hidden underneath her sleeve. Dalis has deep, purple colored eyes, small features and hair as black as a raven's pelt, which has dazzling purple tips.

PERSONALITY

Dalis is far from shy, a loud and confident girl enjoying the pure fame and the joy she brought onto others when she was on stage. Her bright and bubbly optimism far outshines her occasional spell of sadness, and her positive outlook combined with her uncanny charisma entices many. She often comes across as overbearing in her ways, unable to stand the sadness and dreariness of the world. Her ultimate aim would be to bring the world to a new age of happiness, united underneath song and dance. But it's something of a far off dream, something Dalis is very much used to. She is often dreaming impossible dreams, thinking of things unable to be done. A hopeless yearner for things she knew couldn't happen. Friendship is her ultimate value and goal, aiming to know as many people there is to know. Talented at many things, aiming to master everything she dares to try, this streak quickly carried over to Vanguard. The cards that spoke to her dazzled her, talking to her in an effortless communication she could only describe as instinct.

She plays Vanguard for a reason not even she knows. Irresistibly drawn to it and enjoying the game, she assumes herself as just playing for fun, despite the drive of determination she possesses that impacts her every thought. She plays with her heart, losing herself in the game. Due to always being underestimated, the underdog nobody cared about in her youth, she resents being ignored, often causing her to become high strung and furious, acting recklessly.

However, her personality was broken upon the Reverse taking her over. It had eaten her apart and forced her to do terrible things she had never wanted to do. In her grief, amidst the anguish, she had broken down. She was in turmoil, and then when she finally struck back and won, only more terrible consequences rained in as she was the bearer of a Seed. She was doomed to death.

Then all of a sudden it was Yukino, a light at the end of the tunnel. She had been dragged out, defeated in a glorious display of friendship by her and the Seed was gone. But before Dalis could even cry about her friends fate, some mysterious unit had taken the Seed for her.

It was all too much, and while she thought she had cried enough, she surprised herself that night.
