Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by Lightning King Sat Dec 05, 2015 6:34 pm

Cero was the first on the scene when he heard about the Reaper. He wasn't going to pass up a chance at vengeance against them. This time, however, he wasn't going to rely on one of those damn bangles. He'd face the Reaper with his own power. Once he arrived, he threw off his bangle, and stared at the Reaper. His head felt like it was splitting apart, but he refused to look away. If he couldn't overcome a mere headache, he couldn't overcome Delete. Staring, he attempted to shout a challenge to the reaper. A challenge to come at him with its full power. However, the words wouldn't come out. His thoughts were scrambled, his mind a scattered mess. Before long, Cero felt his consciousness slipping away, and fainted before even getting a chance to face Sovereign.

"Sovereign - another Reaper has appeared in Hoshiko, I need able bodies-"

Yukino's text was cut off almost instantly by Sovereign's precise aim deleting her cell phone. Thankfully, she hit send the second she saw it. "Get back!" The Chosen Sword ordered a legion of soldiers as the Deletor re-positioned itself, leaning forward, and eventually dangling in front of the building using its tail to hold on, and tapped the ground. A mine of void was planted and immediately made a silent explosion, devouring the existence between the group and the monster, leaving an empty crater.

"Dammit, can we even get close...?" Hikari stood back and contemplated a line of attack, and Sovereign seemed to be... waiting. The girl looked over to see an unconscious Cero, and of course, it's because his Reality Bangle is off to the distance on the ground.

Yeah running was a really bad idea... Broken ribs didn't feel great, and to emphasize that... Seifer was holding his side. It hurt, but he could manage... He hoped. He said he wouldn't participate, but he would be damned if he didn't at least try. The enemy they were against this time were different from Star-Vader... More powerful. He understood that, and chose to stand at the side of his friends... Though when he got there, he started to lose some hope. This one... It was definitely stronger than the last. The area between them and the monstrosity was gone and Cero was... Really? He'd thrown away his bangle? "Idiot... Yukino!" he called out, watching the monster out of the corner of his eye... Making his way to his sister's side.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by NovaRaizer Sat Dec 05, 2015 6:47 pm

As Raiden was riding through the city, he noticed his phone go off. Unlike the last time, he was in a position to look at it this time. At least he was considering he was on his motorcycle. He saw the message, his eyes widened as he turned and started to move to Hoshiko. Its too soon for another attack, Raiden thought as he tried to make sense of it all. There's no strategy in this, if they wanted to wear us down they'd have hit again sooner. To challenge us would mean to give us more time to recover. Are they really mindless beasts?

Raiden arrived on the scene. He couldn't actually see the Reaper, mostly because he didn't have the Reality Bangle. He saw Yukino though, noticing she was in a panic. It was easy to put 2 and 2 together. "Yukino! Where is it?!" he called out, a quick and immediate sign that he was here to help but had no ability to see the creature or interact with it at all.

Meanwhile, in the distance, a creature watches from the skies. It looked down upon the Reaper as well as this world's heroes. It was the Omen of darkness soon to come, wanting to see what they were capable of, much like the Reaper did as well.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Karin found herself in a familiar scene. Running like the wind, faster than her feet should be carrying her, back onto the scene of the incomprehensible monster's appearance. Stopping before the massive presence of the beast looming over her, she looked up at its immense size, touching the Reality Bangle around her arm, her head already beginning to feel light. Even with the bangle's protection, Karin could still feel the effects of this beast's awe-imposing existence. Certainly, this monster was far stronger than the one that had appeared in Kizoku only days ago.

Karin could tell that whatever battle was going to take place here today, this beast was the likely victor.

Rushing over to join up at Seifer and Hikari's side, Karin put her hands to her knees to catch her breath. "Seifer, Miss Hikari... This thing... I can still feel it piercing into my head even with the Bangle. It has to be extremely powerful."

Like a bat out of hell they said.

Like a bat out of hell he came; Sera leaped from a rather high building towards the ground, landing with a graceful roll and a few scratches. A smaller one next time, to avoid any unnecessary cuts. Bruises too.

First thing he caught eyes on was... that thing. Seething rage built quick, and was replaced by better intuition to get to a better point. No use going toe-to-toe with something big enough to crush the life of him with one finger.

With a swift kick off the ground, Sera turned on his heel and made a bee-line towards the recognizable Resistance members.

"Oi, someone let me know a little earlier than this? Sprinting across the city is tiring..."

He wasn't even sweating.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by Nova Major Sat Dec 05, 2015 6:57 pm

Carlos felt it again. The same feeling when that damn Kraken appeared in Kizoku. "This can't be good" He thought. Leaving the slums along his new friends (Well, he met them like 5 hour ago), he ran to the place he felt guided - Hishoko Shopping District. But he was a little, just a little bit slower than them in getting there. "This time I'll help for sure! I just hope no one weird comes out and decides to help the tentacle monster" He said to himself, recalling his last battle.

Once he got there, he saw Hikari, along with a pained Seifer, Sera and others he didn't know keeping some distance from... Something. "Oh, Hikari! Seifer! Sera! There you are. What's goin- What the hell is that thing!?" He shouted as soon as he saw the... New tentacle monster. "That thing is-! Well, is as big as the last one. But this one feels much more dangerous for some reason...".

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by NoelKusanagi Sat Dec 05, 2015 7:01 pm

Mirai stayed at the Hoshiko shopping district after her fight against Raiden aka Mr. Thunder Man. There was too many sweets to look at and try! That was when she felt an eerie and ominous presence arrive. Her head started searing with pain, ...Eh? What... huh...? Her vision started getting blurry and body began to feel heavy. Thoughts were being scrambled and when she managed to look up, there it was. A giant monster was just standing there, ready to mount an attack to the district. "Is... is this a dream...? A monster...? That's silly..." Mirai was barely about to walk and found herself with a group of people that seemed to be preparing to attack the monster. This has to be a dream. Mirai knew she had an active and wild imagination but this seemed too real. "Help me... I don't feel so good..." Mirai collapsed as she got close to that group of people.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Noel got the text from Yukino. Another monster. The nightmare is still far from over. That was when thoughts of the previous encounter came to her mind. The fact that she was overwhelmed by fear, frozen by it and unable to help in a regardless losing battle. Will it be different this time around? Will anything even change from the previous encounter? That was when Noel felt a spiritual presence hold her shoulder. The wavering girl looked up, it was Salome.

"Do not fear, my Vanguard. I am by your side. We will do this together and we will win!" Salome's positive and encouraging words gave Noel the bravery she needed. Will as unbreakable as diamond, that was Salome's famous trait. Being able to lead with that kind of will, it is no wonder any soldier that fought with her brought out the best of themselves even when things looked grim.

"Salome... you're right. We can do this! We've been through so much already, we can and we will make a difference this time!" Noel found the confidence and will needed to fight. Salome was her first card that she earned as a child after receiving Ashlei from Seifer. Whenever Ashlei was in a pinch, Salome was always there to save the day. Just like right now, Salome is here and the day will be saved once more along with everyone else. Noel picked up the bangle Tsubasa had given her months ago when she obtained the ability to stride and equipped herself with it. If that bangle had the possibility to call forth units from the future or past, then it has the power to stop the new threat of invaders. "Let's go!"

Noel ran out of her apartment from Gotem City and made her way to Hoshiko. Upon arriving, she already saw people that Yukino probably messaged as well gathering.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by Best Girl Sat Dec 05, 2015 7:06 pm

"Seifer, what the hell are you doing here?! And Raiden, it's over there, but don't look at it! Looking straight at a Reaper causes you to go insane, put on a Reality Bangle!" Yukino shouted at her little brother, then turned to her investigative comrade, tossing him one of the devices necessary to combat - nay - just to look at a Deletor. Unlike Kraken, Sovereign did not attempt to destroy it. Now she was entirely convinced it was waiting on them to attack. Of course, with her paranoia, she detected a trap. Bashiro hurried along with Jessie, and Jessie's head began to hurt. Quickly thinking, the brawler took Cero's discarded bangle, and attached it onto Jessie's wrist. They noticed Aoi wasn't around. Poor girl was probably far too terrified for it after Kraken.

"Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh. You gather about, you lie in wait, patiently for the order of an perplexed commander." Sovereign's voice boomed and echoed throughout, the reaper's mouth unmoving.

What...? He's talking with us normally? Hikari thought in surprise. This... was a first. Normally their garbled tongues were still borderline-screaming and just menacing in how horrible it sounded, even with the bangle's brain wave translation. Yet... for the first time across two timelines, Sovereign spoke calmly, oozing animosity, as if trying to intimidate them through collected conversation. It wouldn't work, he hoped, but it was still unsettling for the Chosen Sword.

"There is no deceit, nor invisible assaults set for your coming. I shall challenge you... 'honorably'."

Sovereign made it clear this was a blatant, clear-cut challenge. No tricks, no lies, he simply wanted to fight them with the same morality of "honor" humans would duel each other with and for.

"If he wants to fight, let's just go man", Bashiro stated, cracking his neck, and winding up his arm. Using the special feature of the Reality Bangle, Skybeat, Skyhowl, and Skybowl Dragons were all summoned with the Brawler, all of them following as he started charging into the fray.

Hikari blinked. Then, she noticed Noel arrive with an outdated Reality Bangle, and Carlos approaching. "Noel, take this new model! The one you have isn't effective against the Reapers anymore!" She shouted, tossing one. Then, Brutus and Egbert were summoned onto the battlefield. Bashiro had a point. If they just sat there, Sovereign would lose his patience, and likely tear the area apart or worse. If he wanted a simple fight, even though nobody should trust him, they may as well take it now instead of later. Consequences would be too severe if twiddling their thumbs.

A silent order to either follow or stand back and help evacuation efforts.

"You really think I could forgive myself if I wasn't here with you all? You're my sister, and even if I can't fight... I'm still a part of the resistance. If I can only provide support, then so be it. I'll gladly accept it." he spoke back to Yukino, now looking up at the menace before them. Even if he couldn't fight, why would he just run away and hide? "Don't try to push me away ok... I've lost to many people." he sighed, turning his head across the field. This Deletor was definitely more powerful than the last, the headache cropping up even with the bangle... Could they succeed in just surviving?

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by NovaRaizer Sat Dec 05, 2015 7:14 pm

Raiden caught the Bangle, putting it on as he heard the words of this creature. The idea that they were mindless was gone now. Either this creature was an exception to the rule or they really did have minds. They thought this through and they really were wanting to test everyone. Why do it now, then? Did it really assume we had enough time to recover from the last attack, or was this one independent from the first?

"If you are challenging us, then it makes it easier to deal with you," Raiden declared. "You won't be allowed to destroy this place or the bonds of the people within it! If you want to see our Vanguard, we'll show it to you!" Raiden didn't think himself able to win. Even without seeing it he assumed he wasn't at that point yet just from what the last Reaper was able to do. Still, if he backed down and gave into the hopelessness, then the Reapers would have already won. Unlike the others, Raiden had no bonds to tie him to his existence in this place. If he died for the sake of them and they survived, at least he preserved what they have.

Karin simply nodded to her commander and the rest of the Resistance forces, understanding the predicament before them. There was little time for any further words, let alone chance for conversation. The longer the monster stayed here, the more danger it presented. Even with its issued "challenge", all they could do was hope to survive its inevitable onslaught. Following suite, Karin called out her Perditions- Mareiko, Neoflame, Whirlwind- and moved in to join the fight with the rest of the Resistance.

"Reaper Scum."

Sera's eyes were nearly twitching; the feeling or being mocked by the Reaper as it responded even in their own language. This made him... disgusted. Angry. He was pissed off on a few new levels. His hands were already loose with a light black static and a red glow as he called forth his own comrades.

"Astro Reaper, Celestium, Ignoble Ray Dragon, stand by me!"

He called out, as they began to materialize. The binding black rings of catastrophe formed around under Sera's feet, moving with him like ripples under the ground whenever he took a step.

Don't die, come back when its over.

"Yes, ma'am..."

These words leaked through the cracks in his lips as he formed a wry grin and began his assault. He was prepared to unleash the eternal lockdown on these Reaper garbage bins.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by NoelKusanagi Sat Dec 05, 2015 7:23 pm

Noel took off and threw the old bangle away and jumped to get the new one that was tossed to her. She equipped it in midair and landed doing a dramatic baseball slide, leaving her in an attack-like stance. Noel looked up and thanks to the new Reality Bangle, the headache she was feeling as she got closer smoothed down a little and made it bearable to be there without passing out, and she saw the hideous creature that needs to be purged from this world. "I'm not the same anymore... I will fight this time..." Noel whispered to herself as she got up with her eyes glowing a fierce crimson red. She was ready to do whatever it takes to rid of the monster.

"Yukino, I'm ready whenever you want me to fight. Although, how do these new bangles work?"

Now it spoke garbled mess again, but everyone was pretty sure that was a mocking observation.

"Seifer, help with the evacuation effort then! Noel, tap your cards on it to summon your vanguard units. We have to fight the Reapers with them, and it'll simulate a fight akin to a game of vanguard with them!"

Yukino herself summoned Blaster Blade's sword. The sight of the Star-vaders was rather... unsettling just as much as the Reaper was, yet, she found some trust in them. She may hate Glendios, and Glendios may hate her back, but they both hate these abominations more, and that's good enough for them to fight together.

"F̸̸͘͜͢ó̧͏o̷̡̕ĺ̛͡҉ì̸̡̧́s̸̸̡h̡ ̧͠ç͘r̷͏̨́è͡͠͝a̧̕͞҉ţ̷̛i̴͢o̷̶͡n̵ ̸̕͘͝ó̵f̧̡̨ ͏̕͞t̛̕͢h̢͠͠e̕͡͡͝͞ ̶̷C̢̧̧͢l͏o̶̵̡͜ẃ̢͜͞͡ǹ̶͡,̛̛͢ ̸̵̨̢͝ḑ̴̡͘͟è͜͞f̶̀̕y̶̢̨͢͠i̶̢͞͡n̶̨̕͞g҉҉ ̶̡͟y҉̕ǫ̶͘͘ú̶̢̢͞r̢̀ ͏̀̀͡m̛͘͟͞ą̴̀͘ś̸ţ̸è͟r̵͘ś̵̢̕.͢ ̷͟Y͡͏̶̧͏ò͘͟͠ư̧̛ ̸̷̶́̀p̸̢̧̀r҉̷o̴̴͘͝͏v̸͞͠é҉͟ ͜͏̧͘ą̛͞ş̀͡ ̡̧͜͏̶t̸̕͞r̨̧͞o̶͡ư̧͢͡b̵̵̀͠ĺ̕e҉̨͏s̢̡͡o̴̧ḿ̛e̸͡ ̵͟͜͠͞a͜͜҉͢s̶҉́̕ ̀͢͡͝͏h̕͢e̸͜ ̷̨͝w̵͝h̸҉̶̷̢é́n̷͜͡͞ ͏̶̨͞í̶̡ţ̵̶͝ ̵͢c͞҉̴ó̴̧͡m̷͏̢͢͞e҉̢̡s̡͘͢͡ ͏͢͞҉t̷̴̸́o̢҉́ ̨̧͘f̵o̢͘l̢̡̧͠l͡ó̶̵̕w̵̡̧í̵͢n̢̢͞͞g̡̛̕̕͝ ̶̷̧͜ó͝ŕ͡d̴̷̀͞͠e̶͘r̸͝s͏͜.͘͝"

Post by Nova Major Sat Dec 05, 2015 7:34 pm

As the others started summoning their Units to the battlefield and Hikari started giving orders, Carlos did the same. "I won't be the last to attack that thing! Appear, Spark Kid Dragoon!". Then, the same young dragon rider appeared in front of him, ready to fight. "Let's bring down that monster!" He said to his Unit, as it nodded.

Carlos jumped on top of the dragon, noting that it had no problem carrying two people. "Ok, let's go!" He said as the dragon flew towards the monster. It would be epic if it weren't a matter of life and death. And if he weren't rushing to a sure death.

Summoning? A real life Vanguard fight with real units huh? I'm sure Salome wouldn't have it any other way. I think you want to actually be there to fight huh?

"That is what I wish and if it is to your own satisfaction, I will gladly take arms and finally fight along side you. It will be an honor." Salome bowed as it would be a great privilege to fight together in the same world as her Vanguard. It is a wish that will be granted.

"Alright! Let's do this! If it's going to be like a Vanguard fight, then we will have her start things off! Stand up Dreaming Jewel Knight, Tiffany!!" Noel took her Heloise starter and tapped it to the bangle and just like Yukino said, the bangle reacted with a bright light and Tiffany was summoned to this world. Her Jewel Knights have arrived to join in the fight.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by Rosalia Izanami Sat Dec 05, 2015 8:18 pm

Rosalia came rushing into the area; better late than never! Though her running paused as she tripped over her own feet in the disaster, clutching her head as an immense pain filled her skull. Such crushing pressure... If it weren't for the Reality Bangle around her wrist, the pain in her head along with the sight of the terrifying creature would have shattered the female's already unstable mentality. But, after bearing with the pain for a few moments, she was able to get to her feet again and find her way through the havoc to Seifer's side. At least he was actually staying to the side this time, and not pushing himself to fight while in condition. "A-another one?... H-how is everyone doing?" she asked, looking out at the battlefield at hand. "Noely... Yukino... I-is that Carlos?... And Drake with Star-Vader?!"

Post by NovaRaizer Sat Dec 05, 2015 8:27 pm

Raiden took the time within the battle to grab the one who had collapsed, Mirai was taken out of harms way. He watched the battle unfold, paying close attention to Noel. As far as he knew, she was the one who would bring out the most of his abilities for him to study. It wasn't that he was wrong...

He stopped to turn and see Rosalia. He knew she still wouldn't accept him, but in a time like this, there was no time to fight among one another. He held up the Bangle to her in order to show he was fighting to help them before he said, "They seem to have just arrived. We are doing what we can to fight it off. This one challenged us by itself. I will fight to defend the bonds you all have!" He didn't tell her to leave or to prepare to fight. He wanted her to make that choice herself.

"Don't worry about that, just help me evacuate people." Seifer called out to Rosalia, ushering people away as he tried his best to carry Cero away from the area. More like dragging but... Details. "Get the civilians as far away from here as you can. If anyone's injured, we'll get ambulances for them." the blonde bit his lip glancing over his shoulder at the ones fighting. It was going to be a rough fight...

Rosalia looked to Raiden when he made his declaration to fight for their bonds, holding up the bangle in the process. Well, if he was going to make that vow, she would hold him to it. She nodded once before looking back to Seifer. He was carrying/dragging someone which in itself probably wasn't good for his ribs, but hey. We can worry about that later. This was more of a mess than last time... "Alright, everyone! Let's get out of here!" she said loudly to any civilians she could find, helping any who were stuck or just simply scared. Who wouldn't be terrified in this situation, after all? The brunette herself understood how much she could freeze up at the first sign of danger. Now was her chance to at least help others somehow... But, she couldn't help pausing occasionally, watching those who fought for their planet with all they had... and it didn't seem to be enough... Everyone... be careful...

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

Post by Best Girl Sat Dec 05, 2015 8:42 pm

"We are the infinite legion. Divinity far beyond your mortality or humane intelligence. I am beginning to understand Harbinger's 'game', listening to the masses scream and shout in bravery. ... Your words are as empty as your future. I am the Vanguard of your destruction."

Foolish humans and Crayborn legions, Sovereign is one of the twin towers of the Reapers. He is the main one that swept away Hikari's - Yugure's timeline under the rug of non-existence. Naively, the Chosen Sword kept believing things would be different. They were supposed to be prepared this time, even if Kraken gave them a massive amount of trouble. Hope... keep hoping they can get through this. If not, make hope, and find a solution. That's how she worked.

Her methods were as hollow as the space of her empty timeline.

The battle against Sovereign already began as a slaughter. Allied forces of Cray and Earth found themselves unable to damage the Reaper. Kraken at least looked as if some hits affected it, but Sovereign's body was even sturdier than the previous Deletor's. The Daunting eldritch calmly watched as a large assault was made from both planets. As promised, there were no traps, and he even summoned his Reaper Drones while they were far away and running. Strangely, a foe of dignity and respect. Across so many timelines, he understood the children of doomed futures. Yet, he did not understand the prime timeline, or why Harbinger wanted to "play" with this one specifically beyond it being the prime.

The wicked skeletal faced entity put on a grin, rather enjoying the future of this bout.

Seekers, Jewel Knights, Brawlers, a squad of Narukami mixed with Eradicators and led by Armor Break, and traitorous Star-vaders. Those were all the forerunners of counterattack, and yet, all fell. Bashiro and Hikari managed to get close, attacking the Reaper directly while punching and cutting away at the lesser drones. The Deletor howled violently, stopping their mid-air charge, and blowing away several units. The duo kept going, yet, with no momentum, their attacks meant nothing, and his tail swiped them away.

Then, the beast summoned orbs of Void, crashing them into units. As the "games" went on, Sovereign's deletes were constant, yet were only twice. He paid a relatively large "cost" to delete the vanguard, but his forcefield of void was proof that he was above all other Reapers. A rejecting gravity that forced players to minus themselves just to ride out the zero-power.

Why...? Hikari questioned. Why... can't we... do anything...?

The betraying Star-vaders did the most damage, and Sovereign gazed upon them in respect. He was rather impressed with how far Sera - the product of the rebellious clown - was willing to go with even a replication of "Omega Lock". A new machine named Dark Zodiac, and a Cyber Dragon named Ignoble Dragon. While the casualties to Sovereign didn't seem to exist, he commended Glendios and the Clown. They were likely part of the reasons why Harbinger would enjoy this.

Unlike the battle with Kraken, heavy casualties to the united forces were already taken. Skybeat Dragon and Skyblow Dragon were simultaneously deleted, and Salome followed soon afterward. Even one of the Dragon Empire's most trusted: Thunder Break Dragon, fell victim to being "eradicated" in a fit of irony.

"No!!" Hikari screamed in horror as Egbert was struck and erased before most of them could even react.

"Egbert!!" Cerdic yelled as Voltigan and Valrod pulled him back as to save him from the blast radius.

The United Sanctuary and Dragon Empire suffered from massive destruction, and the fights had barely begun.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

This was... A whole new level for Carlos. He thought that because he fought a fellow human being with the Reality Bangles, he could take on the world. He'd never been so wrong in his life. Attack after attack, summon after summon, he couldn't even scratch the monster. He remained so calm, attacking from the distance while ordering other monsters similar to him. The monster used strange power to make his units be... Locked inside two black rings or just flat out disappear. He nearly fell to his death all the times that occurred.

He thought he could beat the monster with the help of Electric Shaper Dragon, resorting to Armor Break Dragon just in case things went from bad to worse. Making Electric Shaper vanish, the monster ordered his brethren to attack him and his renaming Units. He couldn't defend them or himself. Carlos was finished by the monster and sent down falling to his death... But he was caught by a hurt Recklessness Dragon.

The bluish dragon couldn't stop them both from falling, and the two hit the ground. Carlos was badly hurt, but if it weren't for Recklessness Dragon, it could've been worse. After that, the dragon disappeared and Carlos lost consciousness watching his companions fight the monster with all they could. A Recklessness Dragon and a Thunder Break Dragon card fell down from the Reality Bangle... But the Thunder Break Dragon one was slowly becoming gray.

Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent Empty Re: Reaper Invasion - Sovereign's Descent

"Noel! Yukino!" Raiden called out as he saw the battles end. They were all defeated. Even attacking all at once, the numbers meant nothing. All Raiden could do was see their abilities, understand what they were capable of. It was more than he knew what to deal with, but at least he had the knowledge to do some sort of damage, at least that was what he hoped.

He had made a promise to everyone that he would fight to protect their bonds. He was a man of his word. He wouldn't be backing down just because it seemed hopeless. It didn't help that he did't have the connection to Cray that the others did. As much as he could imagine the units being real, it was almost impossible for him to see it, even with the Bangle and seeing all of this it was just too far outside of his reality. "I won't let you do whatever you please!" he called out to the beast. "If you want to see our abilities so badly, to know if we can defend ourselves, I'll show you what I can do! Come on!!"
