"All participants of the Messiah Scramble, please make your way to the coliseum."

The gates before you open, assaulting your eyes with blinding sunlight. With the screams and shouts of the masses, a similar feeling washes over all players in its own unique way, filling them with excitement, nervousness, dread, overwhelming pressure, anything of the sort. The force felt ran the same message through everyone's minds: "It's finally time." The despair of ages past is gone, and the doors to the new era of Vanguard open, the beautiful blue sky looming above the majestic Isle Jigen with a powerful gust to a serene breeze and sights of design akin to ancient Rome fill your vision. Officials - save the Chosen Sword and Generation Rare - had already taken their seats, spectators loudly cheered on their home champions in anticipation. Banners for different nations and specific heroes rolled out, hanging over the walls of the arena fluttered in the wind. "GO GO, JAPAN", "Longue vie à la France!!", "PER l'ITALIA", "~ Proud America ~", and the like written and decorating the scenery. From all over, eyes were on the grand spectacle very soon to take place. Atop a podium akin to where kings would sit, a shining trophy with figures of the legendary icons: Blaster Blade and Dragonic Overlord reaching toward a sculpted card emblazoned with the ever familiar cardback that read "VANGUARD".

The participants were urged to step into the vast, open stadium and given time to simply bask in the glory of the scene. Whether they be heroes of the Legendary Era or Reigning Champions of their Homelands, there was a reason they got to stand where they are and men, women, and children across the world made sure they knew it.

"Finally! The Messiah Scramble is close to starting!"

That is what the passionate Neo Isamu screamed out as he walked closer to the entrance of the Coliseum. This is where the tournament was going to be held. When Neo finally reached the interior of the stadium, he couldn't believe what he saw. All of the people in stands roaring with excitement and getting ready to watch the Messiah Scramble. It was a sight Neo would never forget and he was ready to fight! In the back of his mind Neo was more relieved then excited. For once he was fighting for the passion of the game and for the fun of it and not for stressful reasons. He couldn't be more happy then he was. Neo then walked to the center and stood there as he waited for all the other entrants of the tournament.

After his talk with Haruka, Seifer made his way here... and immediately regretted it, seeing the immense number of people. The feeling made his heart flutter for a moment, and try as he might, he couldn't calm himself down. So this was stage fright. Whatever the case may be, he tried to keep his brother's words in mind to give him strength. Right now, that's what he had to hold onto, even if some of the words haunted him.

Haruka took a bit longer than he anticipated to travel from place to place, but slowly his body had prepared itself for the inevitable cry of the stadium. He entered from the competitors' hall, his body feeling that all so familiar swelling in his chest. Anxiety riddled him down, but he walked through anyways waving as he pulled gloves from his rear-side pocket, swiftly pulling them over his slender fingers and giving the crowd something to look at. His smile was radiant and practiced, as it had been before as well. Though the last time he was put into the situation of a tournament, on scale far less grandeur than the Messiah Scramble, he was far less prepared.

He stood alongside the other two present competitors.

Sera soon after followed along, a bit less anxious with a lot more bounce in his step. He had a habit of making every step have an impact and so he made that a priority when entering the coliseum as well. His hair gently waved back and forth as Haruka's did but with much less elegance and more of an exotic nature. Sera himself was of an entirely different breed after all.

Once both the Nakahara's stood side-by-side, they basked in the crowd's cheer. They were loud and made the spotlight seem a far bit brighter than either of them were particularly going for. Regardless, they waved, Haruka with an aim to please and Sera just in case any cameras were on him and he didn't want to put an even worse impression of himself out there for the world.

Karin stepped out into the light, and approached the center of the arena alongside the rest of the contestants. There were many faces she recognized, with a few new ones sprinkled in- The makings of the New Generation were already starting to appear. Karin looked around at the other contestants, making note of the ones she didn't recognize. If she was going to act as a guide for the new generation, the first step would be to get to know them, at least a little. Once she'd noted them all, she turned her gaze up, looking at the spot from where the Grand Sanctuary members watched, and at the Messiah Scramble trophy. Blaster Blade and Dragonic Overlord, once again locked in their ever-iconic clash. Karin almost felt a little regret knowing Yukino wasn't participating- She would've liked the opportunity to hype up the crowd by going toe to toe with the Chosen Sword herself. Well, that could always come another time, if Yukino ever decided to take a break from working all the time.

As if.

Sighing, Trinity arrived at the tourney's battleground straight after she had registered herself in, shaking her head at Sophie's antics at the registration desk. As she looked around the grand arena, the former drone questioned why she was doing this. Why was she involving herself in all this? She just felt drawn to come. Like something just pushed her here. She was still unsure of all this. But here she was. There was no point in backing down. She fingered her deck timidly. Another issue Trinity had with being here. But it was an issue she was willing to face head on and without backing down. She looked around to see if she could see the other former servants of Harbinger. They were the only ones Trinity really felt...in place with...and that was stretching it. In the end of it all, Trinity still felt alone in this world.

Meanwhile Sophie just looked around while whistling. She was in a good mood after giving a scare to the person who took her registration. She was so glad she decided to fill a pen with her blood. Sure it was a measly prank compared to much more fun ideas she wanted to do. But if she wanted to have fun with these 'happy' fools, she had to play by their rules....for now. And even if she couldn't have her fun, she could always bug Gastor. He was fun.

Messiah Scramble Arena Empty Re: Messiah Scramble Arena

Post by NoelKusanagi Wed Nov 01, 2017 8:07 pm

It was finally time. Noel decided to put that little confusion encounter with Seifer aside. It was a very important matter that she needed to talk about with him but Noel doesn't need any distractions right now. Why am I so nervous? The tournament from long ago was just as big as this one... relax... focus... I can do this! Noel thought to herself while taking slow deep breaths in order to relax herself. What concerned her was that the constant dedication to her current project might of debilitated her strength. There was only one way to find out and that is going in at full strength all the way. So for now, even though the other participants were coming in, Noel decided to lay low to keep her composure and not let the pressure get to her.

Meanwhile, Mirai also made her way to the Arena. It was exciting! Her eyes glittered of seeing the environment that surrounded her. This is what she lives for. The adrenaline rush that comes during a big tournament. The unknown variable. What can go right. What can go wrong. Who wins. Who loses. It's exhilarating! The very thought of how well she will do pumped her up! What's best was the most of the participants were people she knew! "This. Is. AWESOME!! LET'S GET THIS STARTED!!"

Round one start already! Mirai was looking around and saw Seifer. Seifer?! The hyper blond girl noticed he was nervous. So her initial reaction was to approach him and attempt to hype him up to keep the nerves down. "Seifer!!! How the hell are ya'?!" Mirai said as she smacked his back to catch his attention. This girl was filled with too much energy. It's honestly not surprising if she gets herself into constant trouble by acting like that. Maybe its one of the side effects of being reborn as her own person? Is this the real Mirai? Who knows, but what is already known is that she just smacked Seifer in the back and whatever happens next... May Soul Saver Dragon bless you because you are courageous as hell.

Xateramusa and kao walked into the stands and looked at all the cardfighters gathered there both old and new generation and she felt a great excitment bloom in her. Kao looked at the other stands and saw the Grand sanctuary people in one part of stands before looking at the competitors. "Hopefully these fights will rejog your memorie." he said to xat who nodded as she ran her fingers over her deck and smiled slightly before going to a seat and sitting down.

"My Avatar there are some who had fought with you down there, will you cheer them on?" Shirayuki asked as xat surgged as kao jumped down and hid under xat and using his gem created a portal to the sprit relem where Seieme handed him a white sword with little gold ordimantes hanging off the handle and its white sheith. The portal closed and kao came back with the sword and sheath in his tails. Xat sawing it reconized the sword immeditly as the one who had befrend her. 'so he sent his sword. Thank you tsurumaru.' she thought knowing shirayuki would relay the message.

SHe picked it up and placed it on her lap to keep it out of harms and other peopels way. Kao jumped back on to her shoulder and watched the battles getting ready to proceed. Meanwhile Shirayuki appered before Aglavale and smiled. "Its been a while sence we lasted talked and i wish we had more time but we dont. so maybe we can catch up after the tornament?" she said to him, before turning serious. "I came to ask if you can tell Haruto that Xat is slowing remebering him, and not to worry." she told him

Messiah Scramble Arena Empty Re: Messiah Scramble Arena

Post by Nova Major Wed Nov 01, 2017 8:35 pm

The imposing size of the coliseum could be appreciated from afar, but Carlos only noticed the building once he was at the entrance. "Oh my..." Said Carlos inspecting its Roman style exterior. To say that he was nervous or that he wanted to go back would've been the understatement of the year, but those thoughts only strengthened his resolve. For better or worse, he decided to participate at the Messiah Scramble to go back to his old self. Taking a deep breath, his favorite relaxation method, and giving a look to the Hakaisha brothers and Tamotsu, who followed them as they exited the registration area, he entered the coliseum. "Well, here goes nothing" He said, walking through the hallways to the center of the building.

He knew he was close when he started hearing the applause and shouts of the spectators. The sunlight blinded him for a moment when he entered the center of the coliseum and joined the rest of the participants, but once his sight returned he found himself completely astonished. "Holy shit!! There's a lot of people here!!" He exclaimed, making the second understatement of the year. He was very good with those. Looking at the stands, he noticed the Vanguard Association officials (Artorigas, Enma and Miss Kurokiba) in their obvious VIP seats, along with a lot of banner in written in different languages and from different countries. In the very impressive podium lied a trophy with figures of the most iconic Units from Cray - Blaster Blade and Dragonic Overlord. Carlos was bathed by the glorious scene, losing himself to the moment. "I wonder if mom, Luis and Victoria are watching me" He thought while he waved at the people, trying to hide the fact that his knees felt weak and his arms felt heavy while looking calm and ready. He secretly hoped they weren't, given that he just got conscious about what he was wearing. "I bet I look like a homeless man in a red hoodie".

Tamotsu had trouble deciding if he wanted to run off after Jessie or not. Haruka spoke to him like a friend and he didn't mind being there. Ultimately though the Haikaisha's had reemerged with Carlos which got an excited response from the dog who barked as if to excuse himself from the men. Off he ran to his boy's side finally.  And this time when the speakers said it was time to go and Jessie confirmed, the blue dog happily trotted alongside the younger Hakaisha.

So now he stood with his family in the large stadium where the tournament was to take place. The dog's thoughts were not on the glory of the competition about to occur but rather on all the different smells and sounds and how he could claim such a large thing as his territory. Marking the trophy soon seemed like a start toward that. However he was somewhat nervous about all the sounds and so he ultimately ended up sitting in place, half-wrapped around Jessie's legs, panting and yawning as a sign of anxiety. This was fun but and all but just a tad loud. Watching Jessie and Bashiro do that thing the people on TV did would be more fun though. Then he could howl right along with all the other noises.

-----

The katana bearing ex-drone stood silently next to his associates on the stadium grounds. He himself hung to the back, hoping to draw very little attention to himself. The roar of specators held very little appeal to him. He could do little to entertain them and felt there was not sufficient emphasis on the honor of the battles. Kachidoki found himself wondering aloud to himself why he even joined.

Darren spent the time before the tournament looking over his deck. He could have spent the time socializing but he wanted to make sure he was prepared. In the last tournament he was taken out fairly quickly by Fubuki, but it was clear she had things she needed to sort out with Yukino. He had no reason to get in the way of that. This time wasn't the same. No one had grudges or things to bog him down. He was just going to give his best and fight as hard as he could with his partners, the Dimensional Robos.

He grinned as he walked through the large doors and into the stadium. It gave him a scope of where he was, looking around with slightly wide eyes. Year later and he was still easy to excite. Some things didn't change with time. "Now this is my kinda stage!"

As the other contestants began gathering, he grew even more tense, and the arena grew louder. And then suddenly he found himself almost toppling over, with his back stinging, and someone calling his name. Getting his bearings after being knocked out of line, he turned his head toward who had just smacked him on the back... and saw a rather cheery looking girl. The silver haired boy tilted his head for a moment, noting it was yet another person who knew him, yet he had no memory of. Yet, he didn't reply as such, remembering Haruka's words. And he was sure he'd figure out the girl's name soon enough. Taking his place back in line he smiled a bit before looking up towards the stands and crowd.

"Nervous I guess? Guess I have stage fright." he had to stop himself from yelling back due to the roar of the crowd being almost deafening.

Post by Lightning King Wed Nov 01, 2017 9:13 pm

The Kaiser stepped into the arena, free of the dust and debris of earlier. His arms were folded beneath the jacket that hung over his shoulders, with a serious look on his face. He was here to display his strength. He was not going to hold back in this tournament. As he walked towards the center of the arena, he radiated an intense and intimidating aura. Briefly, he shot a glare up towards the Grand Sanctuary's booth before returning his focus to the arena. There was only a single thought on his mind at this moment: Victory. Even the mere possibility of defeat had yet to register in his mind.

Meanwhile, Fubuki entered the arena alongside Aoi. She was focusing on keeping her breath slow and steady, trying to keep her nerves and her heart rate in check. "It's finally starting..." was all she could bring herself to mutter. The tension in the air was palpable. Even if the stakes weren't as high as two years ago, it still felt like the stakes were as high as ever to Fubuki.

In complete contrast, Cassiano was incredibly loud, bowing and blowing kisses towards as many of the beautiful ladies in the audience as he could. It seemed that, at least on the outside, he had recovered from his prior embarrassment. He waved dramatically to everyone in the audience, doing his best to draw attention to himself. Whether or not that was successful... It was difficult to tell.

Stage Fright

Mirai couldn't help herself but to have a huge mischievous grin on her face. "That's all? Then you have nothing to worry about!" Mirai said smacking Seifer's back once more. She really needs to stop or she will probably get into a lot of trouble later in life. "One thing I do whenever I get nervous or scared is stare at my fears right in the face and do one big yell! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" This crazy girl started yelling what to her is probably some battle cry.

"Come on! Try it! It'll work, trust me! It will hype you up and you will forget what you were nervous about! You can't be afraid anymore if you are already doing the very thing that is making you nervous! At least it works for me but it never hurts until you try!" What's wrong with this girl?! Someone her age needs formality instead of acting like a child.

Messiah Scramble Arena Empty Re: Messiah Scramble Arena

Post by Best Girl Wed Nov 01, 2017 11:00 pm

"Alriiiight!!" Gastor shouted, feeling his inner athlete awaken. He surely missed the roar of the audience more than anything in the world, and he wanted his companions to share in the glory of the stadium - the hype of the spectators - the dawn of war through sports. He excitedly draped his arms over the shoulders of Solis and Kachidoki, trying to get the two of them to loosen up and be happy about it. While Solis didn't have the same level of pessimism as Kachidoki here, the sun warrior was... awed. His void-filled eyes gazed in shock of the foundation for the future to come. Humanity fought so hard, and still found the energy to spare in creating such a spectacle? It was beyond impressive, and worth his praise despite his disagreements. Humans were tenacious and ready to move on as quickly as they could. As more people gathered about, the sun warrior gave an awkward, crooked grin.

"This is nice, for now." Solis turned his head to his best friend, trying to extend the feeling of awe he was experiencing. If only to see him smile a little more.

Jessie couldn't share the same sentiment. In fact, he felt similar to Haruka: he wasn't at all prepared for this. The young Hakaisha brunette actually fell backward, feeling as if he stepped into an entirely new world. The wind actually knocked him down as he realized this was nothing like Chronicle's Eve, it was far more magnificent and an even larger splendor. Christ, the Association doesn't kid around, this is insane. Though, Aoi zipped in out of absolutely nowhere and offered a hand to help him up.

Little Miss Gumball beamed, feeling right at home with Fubuki, Jessie, and Bashiro around.

Bashiro was impressed, but he was looking for something that anyone who knew him knew what.

Speaking of Chronicle's Eve, Haruka and Noel as the two Beacons of Hope from the days of war were not forgotten. There were t-shirts of merchandise with flags and signs especially made for their recognition, having the designs of Aqua Force and Royal Paladin's Clan Symbols adorned onto the fabric. Like the returning National Japanese Champion, these two represented the nation. Not only that, but they represented that Vanguard can, will be, and was restored to its former glory - now more so than ever before. For the world and the citizens of their homeland, those two were as prominent as commanders of the Legendary Generation, standing proudly as pillars in a white-hot battle for the top at the tournament.

In fact, eyes from the land of the Rising Sun were almost entirely fixated on the two, so the pressure was on.

"Even if I've seen it here before, it still amazes me." Hana smiled, feeling the vibrant winds of life caress her skin, lightly grazing at her cheek to remind her the heat of Nationals. Her duel with Cero was one to remember, and potentially one to re-live if she meets with him here. Of course, that was after climbing through the sea of new faces that made her even more excited. New players - new experiences.

A lively time.

And in the midst of the hype, Generation Rare finally appears on a stage in cheerleading outfits of their respective coloring and white. "Welcome to the main stage of the Messiah Scramble!!" Tomozo greeted, inciting the fiery spirits of the audience, getting even more hollering and screaming than there was already. The redhead wore a cocky grin, tightly gripping the microphone as her sisters patiently and quietly let her speak. "This is the next, newest, greatest evolution of Cardfight Vanguard! Feel privileged! We of Generation Rare want to spread the cheer and joy you're feeling right now and will be feeling throughout the event! And it's because of that, we've gone through great lengths to make sure this feels as extravagant as it's supposed to be! To that end, we have a surprise..." Tomozo kept her smirk, keeping the crowd's energy flowing and turning to the entrance at her back.

That was Yukino's cue.

...

But she wouldn't come out.

The music stopped.

"... One moment, please." Tomozo requested, very irritated. Fuki stayed on the stage while Koga and Tomozo went to the back. Fuki laughed nervously and there was some... yelling, in the back.

"N-no, I can't go out like this!"

"Oh, shut up! We're putting your tits to good use!"

"I don't want that!"

"Haruka will!"

"Don't bring him into it!!"

"Come on brat, let's just go!"

"Stop, stop!!"

There were big, metaphorical question marks over everyone's heads, but they quickly vanished when Yukino was pushed out and... well. Disgust, shock, or something else entirely likely rose from every last soul in the arena. The Chosen Sword thought she knew the height of despair when she lost to Harbinger and Sovereign upon regaining Exculpate the Blaster. She thought she had long reached the height of embarrassment back during the regionals she failed to succeed in. Yet, she was wrong. Yukino stood on stage with pom-poms and a near-indecent amount of exposed skin. One could tell her figure had grown from her in her uniform, but this showed that it truly exploded into every lecherous man's dream. While still be allowed to keep her ribbon (for the cute factor, according to Koga), Yukino was dressed in a cheerleading outfit of white and blue coloring with a short crop top and an even shorter pleated skirt. And her breasts were huge, actually bursting out far past what most girls would grow into normally with the crop top meant to showcase an enticing deal of cleavage, not even covering the undersides of the great, white peaks. Even worse, the attire read "NEW WAVE" on separate sides! If that wasn't enough, the rest of her soft, fluffy figure was on display and she had - much to her abysmal dismay - gained weight. Her middle was curved with the slightest peek of dough to its form, her waistline having grown to add on to how inflated she looked compared to her old self. Her thighs rubbed together from incredibly nervous fidgeting and trembling, hips divine with blessed width and smooth, ripe, plush thighs. One could sink their hand into them, and it'd as if touching a pillow.

She didn't dare turn around to give anyone the sight of her backside, which anyone could tell had blown up with the size of her hips already. Her skirt was just long enough to prevent an incident.

Regardless, this was truly the worst day of her life.

The new era begins while her life ends.

It got the reaction she feared and the idols were hoping for too. Men were going BONKERS over it. Bashiro and Gastor yelling like idiots with the perverted masses. Enma couldn't help himself from a nosebleed while King Artorias held his head while seething with monstrous rage, clenching his teeth as he growled with the fury of an actual animal. Solis' mind literally blanked momentarily, Chris laughed about how Yukino was notably overweight and how their legs were nearly as big as each other, Jessie hadn't even found words to describe how he felt but it wasn't the same sleazy way others did. Aoi was more focused on how Yukino looked different from how she remembered, and Hana... chuckled quietly.

"Well... Generation Rare is definitely courageous. Considering Blaster Blade's trait, maybe this was symbolic...?" Hana sweat nervously.

"JESSIE." Bashiro suddenly shouted, grabbing his brother by the shoulders.

"W-What?! What?!"

"Do you see what I see?! Look at her legs!"

"Y-... yeah, what about them?"

"She has no thigh gap!!"

"So?!"

"Her thighs are smushed together up there like fucking dough man! She's thick! No... further than that."

"H-Hold on... you don't mean..." Jessie was dreading this more than anything in his life. Getting deleted might've been more acceptable than the word about to come out of Bashiro's mouth.

"Thicc."

"oH MY GOD" Jessie literally screeched with embarrassment. He cannot believe this and he wants to be ANYWHERE but here.

"Dude, you! What's your name! I like the way you think, because I was thinkin' the same thing!" Gastor shouted from the place the Reaper Drones stood, rushing over to the brawler in excitement.

"Bashiro Hakaisha!"

"Gastor Hiruma! Finally, someone who understands why the jocks want their girls in slutty outfits!"

"My man, I feel you!" Bashiro and Gastor were having a blast, throwing arms over one another's shoulders and cheering and whistling.

"I will kill you..." Yukino hissed at Tomozo.

"I hope you do, this was the greatest idea of my life."

Darren saw that the arena was filling up, looking around to everyone who was there. Hana, Aoi, Noel, Mirai, Seifer, Bashiro, and more all prepared for this tournament. He even saw old enemies from the war who he wouldn't mind battling again now that lives weren't on the line and he didn't have to break his own limits with every battle. Why even kid... of course he was still going to do that if he had the chance.

That was when Yukino was announced... by Tomato Head of all people. He hadn't forgotten or forgiven her transgressions but she was making an honest living at this point so there was no need to go after her. After that, Yukino came out and... wow... Darren didn't even laugh at it. He was a bit amazed. She looked good, at least how he saw it. He clapped with a smile and called out, "Own it, Yuki!" It wouldn't be embarrassing if she had fun with it. Just not too much fun... this didn't need a ratings bump.

Mirai was... eccentric to say the least, and he was just about to respond to her excitement when the whole thing started with the idols started. And... immediately he wished to go home. As Yukino came out in... THAT... He covered his mouth turning red with embarrassment and horror. That was his older sister after all. And seeing her like that made him both furious and upset. But... What he was more afraid of... Glancing to his side which was Haruka, he feared for the lives of every single man who cheered.

Feared, but didn't feel sorry. Whatever happened, it's well deserved.

Turning his attention towards the idols on stage however that forced his sister to do this, those were the ones that could get it the worst... and the silver haired man took several steps back, far away from his brother.

The Aimless Blade attempted to appreciate Solis' comment. He really did. But before he could attempt to think enough on the idea to accept it, his faith in the event was trampled on. Nay, crushed into the dirt. For before his eyes when there should have been words of honor and dignity, there came celebrities to introduce the event. Where there should have been legends of glory there came instead... the savior of humanity, scantily clad on stage.

"This tournament is a mockery of all things Vanguard." the man muttered in embarrassment as he raised the hood of his cloak over his head and turned to the side to keep from seeing the dreadful display. Gastor's yellings were not helping as he openly expressed his carnal thoughts with another like minded individual.

Tamotsu meanwhile wasn't particularly invested in what was going on. He watched Jessie fall over and sniffed at his boy to see if something was wrong. However, upon Yukino's entrance the dog looked at the girl confused. But Bashiro was really excited so it must have been something good. He kept staring at the girls on stage not sure what to make of them. No treats visible and he didn't know any of them. But Bashiro liked them. The spirit let out a howl to join in with Bashiro and Gastor, thinking at least making noise was fun.

It has been eventful so far for the young man, admittedly he was quite shocked to be released into the arena and the scene was too intense for him to properly fathom what was going on around him or who the people around him were.

"Hopefully all that hard-work pays off here."
"Chill Perci, we're just here to do what we can for the most part you know take it easy." said Haruto with a smile.
"......"
"He's probably still drunk or something, oi Perci, mate why is your mouth wide open-"

Even Aglovale couldn't finish his statement as he turned to see what Percival was so shocked by.

"What's the matter you guy-yyyyaaooooooo WHAT?!" the young man was genuinely caught off guard.
"HER BOYFRIEND IS OKAY WITH THIS?"
"S-s-s-s-s-s....SENSEI?!!" exclaimed Haruto loudly, as his knees felt too weak to support what he was processing into his mind at that very moment.

Messiah Scramble Arena Empty Re: Messiah Scramble Arena

Haruka felt the pressure on his shoulders build as the stadium was filled with those who adored and cherished him as a fighter without peer in many cases, only rivaled by Noel it seemed in that stance. He was a fan favorite to win the tournament, and not only that but to make a big splash in the Vanguard world afterwards as well. He was prepared for it. His luck was even turned up since he got here, only having so far a good time with his reunion. Joy overflowed through him to his fingertips.

... Until he looked at the stage. His eyes placated on his wife. More of her than he intended to see. A lot more. Like. A lot lot more. He looked for a moment, chuckling, wiping his eyes to adjust his vision believing what he saw to be false and simply something wrong with his eyes. This was not the case. His face was stuck, frozen into a sort of smile that while it once held emotion was now an empty carcass. It only began to fill with something else when he heard the sound of Bashiro and Gastor off in the corner making comments about her, Jessie the recipient of the information. The empty carcass became filled with the most penultimate rage a man could bear that it was astonishing that the only recoil that he was met with was a flicker of cold air disbursing around his body, and his left eye flickering intensely a couple of times.

Within what seemed like a brief flash of light, Haruka had a hand, freshly ungloved, on Bashiro's shoulder with a smile. A smile of sempiternal dread. It was if the Grim Reaper had reincarnated in the form of Haruka. Before he let the man even realize his body was graced with such a gesture as calm as a shoulder grip, Haruka whipped around into an inverted gravity kick, reinforced with a superhuman strength beyond what he'd ever exerted before. It was non-lethal... probably. The kick was sent in a direction meant to not only send him flying, but to take Gastor with him using Bashiro's entire figure as a human missile. Dust from the stadium was not only unsettled, but created a rather large cloud that started to float around the area causing many spectators to cough or scratch at their eyes as particles of the earth floated into the sky at an alarming rate.

Haruka coughed into a fist, relaxing his shoulders and taking his place next to Sera with a mask of a grin on. Inside he was beyond seething. Sera was shaking like a rat. Last he'd heard Haruka hit someone even relatively that hard was Satoshi, and that backhand was less than a fraction of the power Haruka was capable of storing in his body at the current state and time. Sera was now fearful for Bashiro and Gastor's remaining longevity in the mortal realm.

Haruka just stared at his wife, both trying his best to enjoy her figure as he would if they were alone, and mentally brushing off the blood he'd have to spill once the ceremony was over. He couldn't even speak a word for fear only curses that even Lambros and Thavas would consider a potty mouth spoken would evoke outwards.

Noel tried her best. She really tried. But staying calm after being one of humanity's shining hope was something that will never happen. Especially in a huge event like this one. Looking around her, the crowds were wearing t-shirts carrying the Royal Paladin clan symbol. Some even went as far as cosplay as Jewel Knight units and they really went all out. Details were spot on. Welp, guess I have to live with it...

The Kusanagi girl sighed, accepting the attention and recognition she earned. Who knew that these past few years flew by so quick and that her achievement as a Beacon of Light would stick up until now? Doesn't help that she is also the brains behind what could possibly an even brighter future for Vanguard. Noel began waving to the crowd, acknowledging the attention she is receiving and the crowd cheered louder. "I can live with this if it makes people happy..." Noel muttered to herself. Salome in spirit form looked at Noel, proud to see how much she has grown.

Meanwhile with Mirai, it was hard to say what was happening. Was Seifer getting annoyed or was he just that nervous? It was at that time when the idols showed up along with Yukino. Both Mirai and Noel looked at Yukino's appearance and as if both with their facial expressions had said: "WHAT THE HELL?!?!"

Noel facepalmed, trying to think what the hell those idols are trying to do. Their proud leader of the Resistance from the war has been reduced to nothing more than a sex object for all the perverts that are clearly cheering very loudly. It really pissed Noel off for some reason. While Mirai... "HOLY SAVER, THOSE THINGS ARE HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!! WHAT IS HER SECRET?!!?! SHE REALLY LET HERSELF LOOSE!!"

Oooooof course that would be her reaction. She is definitely gonna get into trouble later on in life. And at her age, yeah, she has some loose screws. Maybe the ponytail is cutting circulation off her brain. Who knows.

This was... this was too much. Cero couldn't even bring himself to look at the stage. To see his rival in such a situation... It was just too much. There was a level of disrespect he was willing to put his rival through. This was so far beyond that level, Cero couldn't even laugh. He covered his eyes and turned away from the stage. The fact that his rival, the opponent he respected most, had been reduced to this... disgusting object... Cero shared in Yukino's embarrassment. For once in their entire time of knowing each other, Cero was empathetic towards Yukino. This was just too much. He stared up at the sky in the opposite direction of the stage and shouted towards the sky, "WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?"

-

Cassiano was truly entranced by this scantily clad beauty onstage. However, unlike Bashiro and Gastor, he had the decency to appreciate this divine blessing in silence. For now. He committed the woman to memory, completely ignoring that she apparently had someone very important to her already. When he next obtained the opportunity, he would be on the prowl. A lethal prowl, but he wasn't aware of that right now.

-

On one hand, Fubuki was somewhat entranced by the figure of Yukino in borderline no clothing. On the other hand... This was way too hilarious. She could barely contain her laughter as it was, and when she heard Mirai's shout, she completely burst out laughing, falling and rolling around. It was too much, it was just too much. To go from such a tense situation to this. Laughter was the only possible response, and Mirai made it millions of times better.

Messiah Scramble Arena Empty Re: Messiah Scramble Arena

Looking around at the participants, Carlos noticed some familiar faces. "Wait, its that...?". He recognized two ex-Drones standing nearby. One of them was Solis, the other was... "Kachidoki? Wow, he looks so changed too". He saw Cero entering, who seemed so focused at the moment. He also saw Seifer, Sera and Haruka standing nearby, as well as Karin, Haruto and... "Sophie!? Wait a minute, she was invited!?". The young man was actually surprised to see someone with, huh, such a wonderful personality like hers in that stage. This tournament wasn't anything like the small ones he participated before, not even like the Chronicle's Eve. This was a whole new level.

So astonished was Carlos that he failed to notice that Jessie fell down. The younger Hakaisha brother was offered a hand by... "Aoi? Wow, long time no see!". Carlos greeted her with a big smile, noticing that Fubuki was accompanying her. "Hey, Fubuki. Remember me? Card Capital? Like two to three years ago?" He mentioned some crucial information to help her remember him, even though he was pretty sure she didn't want to.

Suddenly, the Generation Rare trio finally appeared at the stage dressed in cheerleading outfits, ready to start their show. Tomozo started talking, but Carlos didn't pay any attention to anything she said as he was entirely focused on one thing and only one thing - His favorite Generation Rare member, Fuki. Seeing her as a cheerleader was more than enough to send a lot of blood to the young man's cheeks and make him look like a bright red traffic light or the last lighthouse duringthe most stormy night. There was a moment where both Tomozo and Koga had to go backstage to get, well, something, so the sisters left the blonde girl alone. Even laughing nervously, Fuki didn't lose her beauty at any moment.

However, Carlos' sight found itself being pulled towards a new sight - Yukino, his fearless leader, in a cheerleading outfit. Specifically, her big... Bazookas, meatballs, aspirins on an ironing board, milk bottles, ottomans, howitzers, wahwahs, skin sacks, jawbreakes, apple dumpling shop, zeppelins, warheads, hills, fun bags, cupcakes, enchiladas, honeydews, and much, much more funny boobphemis- Euphemisms! I meant euphemisms! Like his, the sight of every man on the area was pulled towards Yukino's big assets as if they had their own gravitational pull. He knew they were big from basically two to three hours ago, butin that costume they were basically bordering ridiculousness. In fact, Carlos would be lying if he said that he didn't find his previous boss physically atractive that moment.

However, the young man averted his eyes from basically the 8th world wonder as if he was watching the most repulsive cooking session out of japanese television, or a commented videogame walkthrough, for three basic reasons: 1) His heart already belonged to the most beautiful blonde angel in the world, 2) He was present at her wedding, so it was starting to get weird for him, and 3) He saw how Haruka literally trashed Bashiro and another participant after their, heh, colorful comments (Seriously, who says 'thicc' in this time and age? Poor Jessie) about Yukino's bee stings, pantry shelves, quarts of loves, dinner plates, tidbits, PT boats, loblollies, pink-nosed puppies... You get the idea.

Xat saw yukino go on stage and was shock at the outfit yukino wore. SHe looked yukino up and down before turning to kao. "she sure can pull it off but it could be longer." she said refering to yukino's outfit and with a sigh shook her head. "Human men are disgusting!"Kao said pissed with how the males were acting around yukino in the short outfit. Xat pulled out her phone and shot a quickc text to yukino asking if she wanted out of that prodicament.
