"Nothing is written in stone. That's why I love challenges... Or something like that"

Simplest of Souls (And don't you ever question it): Carlos Estevez Carlos_Estevez_G
"Now's my turn to take the photo"

IGN: Nova Minor
Name: Carlos Ignacio de Leon Estevez... Just kidding. Just Carlos Estevez it's fine.
Alias: "Simple Soul" or "Stop staring at the ceiling and get to work!"
Age: 24 (But he says he stopped getting old at 21)
Gender: Well, what do you think? (Boy, if you were asking)
Nation: Dragon Empire (Best nation ever... Well there's also Star Gate, but that's for another reason entirely).
Main Clan: Narukami (Best clan ever).
Secondary Clan: ... Please don't.
Alignment: A Hero. Just like the Power Rangers.
Generation: Veteran.

Avatar Card:
-) Its complicated...

Personality: Carlos really tries his best to be an easy-going person, but ever since he got a job at the Dragon Empire branch he had to forcefully change that aspect of his personality. At least he's still in a good mood all the time. He shows his passion for helping others in his everyday life but after all the things he experienced in the past five years, Carlos tries a more realistic approach when dealing with people. He considers all his friend a part of his ever-growing family and, believe it or not, he's actually trying to improve on his most problematic flaw - His intelligence (Average at best, but still has room for some growth). And of course, he never loses the passion he shows from anything he likes to do.

Thanks to all the things he experienced during the Reaper Invasion, some of which are deeply engraved in his mind, Carlos it's still recovering from traumas related to the conflict and he tries his best to hide them by always acting like his usual lovable and goofy self. He has made some good progress in the last few years, mostly around the time the Messiah Scramble torunament was going, all thanks to the help of his dear family and friends. While some would say that he is fully recovered, he feels he still has a long way to go in order for him to fully forget those nightmarish experiences, and also regain the trust of his previous Avatar after ignoring him for so many years. Hopefully, taking care of his beloved little sister for a season or two, and relying on his friends to get in contact with his former Thunder Dragon friend will greatly help him.

He loves his job, given that he works with and for the card game he also loves deeply. Helping and dealing with the craziness of the branch helps him a lot, and also allows him to help expand the reach of Vanguard. For him, one of the downsides of that awesome dream come true is having to work under Cero "Jerk with a heart of bronze" Kirguis, the Dragon Empire Branch Director. He gets along pretty well with the rest of the Clan Leaders of any branch and he really admires the Branch Director after all he's done for him, but that doesn't stop him from always getting on his nerves one way or another. To put it simply, if he were to sum up the guy in one phrase, he would say that he actually needs two beds - One for himself and one for his monumental ego. And that's an understatement. Even though he trained with him in the past and has noticed that Cero got a little bit more humble each passing day, he still thinks the Branch Director could get better. A lot better. No matter how he feels about him, Cero knows he's got a very loyal friend and companion in him.

As mentioned, he adores the idea of expanding the reach of Cardfight!! Vanguard and help it touch every corner of the world, so he supports the Vanguard Association with everything he can do. He is in the process of passing a petition to allow the temporal exchange of some workers from different branches like, for example, the Star Gate one. For reasons related to work experiences and professionalism and stuff. Yeah.

When he isn't working at the Branch with the aforementioned Director and wonderful Clan Leaders like the lovely Karin and Xateramusa, spending some time with friends like Tamotsu, Aoi, Jessie and Bashiro, pestering Chronos, or simply taking a walk to ease his recovering but troubled mind, Carlos can be seen fully supporting the Link Joker Revolution. Though the reasons for him to do it can be pretty obvious to some, knowing that his feelings for some members of said movement (particulary the leader Fuki) are basically public knowledge, it's true that he really dislikes the prejudice and the overall treatment that the Link Joker clan has to face, firmly believing that anyone, even the dreaded clan, deserves a second chance. Even more so if they want to make ammends for the problems they caused in the past.
